We found a used vehicle that made our specifications online and very shortly a representative reached out to us to set up a time to see the vehicle. We were able to make it a day early, on an extremely busy Saturday, with the intention of only looking and not buying. We did not feel Rush nor pressured. All questions were answered. As we did decide to buy the vehicle but we're on a tight schedule we were accommodated to not make us too late. Everyone was courteous and friendly. As we were not prepared to buy that day they worked with us to make it possible with delivery within 2 days. And overall positive experience.

Best customer service out of the multitude of Subaru dealerships I’ve been to. Hands down. After speaking to Tom over text, pulled up and they already had the car I was interested in out front. They remembered everything I told them, were very friendly and attentive. Most importantly - I had a no bullsh*t conversation with Eli about pricing, trade-in, etc. Zach (service manger) and Matthew were super helpful with the questions I had and quickly found a solution to my problem. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough, they earned themselves a customer for a long time
I was not expecting an inspection video and was really impressed and totally confident they were being fully transparent. They only suggested fixing things that needed to be fixed. I really appreciate that and would recommend a periodic inspection by the service department. Tony did a great job and even cleaned around the hood latches and sunroof rails to prevent leakage. I want to commend two hardworking men - Tom Redlack (Sales Consultant) and Herbie Rivera (Financial Advisor) - who were absolute rockstars when I came to this dealership to buy a car for my child. This was my first time at a Subaru dealership and I am sure I will come back to this one because of them. Herbie is the greatest financial advisor I ever met. I bought so many cars over the past 30 years and Herbie topped all those financial advisors I've met (the best of the best). He had my and my child's best interests in mind and provided the best customer service one could ask for. I am thankful and blessed to have such a great experience with Herbie, who made the process very smooth and efficient. He really cares about his customers and I appreciate him and his services. Tom was kind, patient, and explained everything extremely well and thoroughly. When I came in to buy a car for my child, he was incredibly thorough in his explanations. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. He is an extraordinary salesperson and because of him, I will be buying another Subaru at this dealership.
